Shipping Policy

Items couriered within New Zealand should be delivered to you within 2 – 5 working days.  Australia 10-20 working days. U.S.A 10-14 working days. Rest of the world 14-21 working days

There may be some delay with public holidays. 

We provide free delivery for all original artwork within New Zealand and also to Australia. We offer a special discount shipping rate to all other international clients. Ceramics and prints are not included.

All items are tracked and once the order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be advised by us of your track and trace number. Protean Art uses a signature required courier service for all original artwork orders. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for collection as stated on the calling card.
