Shipping Policy
Items couriered within New Zealand should be delivered to you within 5 – 10 working days. There are a range of sizes and mediums available on request. We will advise on delivery times.
Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and if received before 12 noon, will be sent that day. There may be some delay with public holidays.
All items are tracked and once the order has been collected by our courier, you’ll be advised by us of your track and trace number. Protean Art uses a signature required courier service for all orders. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be available for collection as stated on the calling card.
