Having grown up in Picton and the Marlborough Sounds, and for the past 21 years lived in Kaikoura, I have always had a love of the sea and marine life. So it was only natural when I turned my hand to wood carving, that the aquatic world became my subject matter.

Combining my love of natural materials, wood, bone, stone and seashells with my love of marine life, I have been producing handcrafted wall hangings for around 15 years, and what began as a hobby is now my main focus.
